The lateral splinting is composed by 3 spiral stays which are replaceable by harmonic steel stays in case more rigidity is needed.The double velcro closure by the abdominal area provides a better fitting. The velcro closure by the thigh area is extremely practical thanks to a buttonhole facilitating the fastening and release. The design has been expressly developed to make this brace ambidextrous.
