Front Velcro fastening. Elastic back straps provide variable and customized pressure. Adjustable splints integrated in the corset support the lumbar area. It is possible to insert harder splints to increase the corset rigidity. Abdominal spiral support splint in oblique position. Unisex. Improves load distribution and allows more complex stabilization cases to be treated without back and lumbar shoulder straps. Unisex.
